a gentle reminder to myself..
on tuesday im having my NAPFA test..
honestly.. i dunno am im able to attain my stardard!
and i wanna attain and preserve my all gold standard!!
and i meant it!
and from wad juan is telling me...
its really hard to run 2.4km like how we used to run in secondary sch
and its freaking me out..
although honestly i haven been running 2.4 km for 3yrs already.. =.=
oh yea....
and i have been expanding...
really no doubt bout this...
umm... current weight now i believe should be 56.5kg....
meaning im overweight by 1.5kg for my height i think...
cos im actually 157cm.. =.=
and i dun wanna be overweight larh..
but i just cannot stop eating...
and u know wad i tell myself...
i told myself i will slim down once i complete my 2.4km
dunno how ironic i can be =x
LOL...and everyone is callin me fat now =.=
and i simply dun care..
cos i more worried tat im unable to make it for the 2.4km on tues
so i can blame it all on my fats!
LOL.. and i tell u wad...
im really gonna slim down already..
i have been eating non-stop.. *trust me*
even im not hungry...
i will just chew and munch and nibble sumthing...
anything =.=
oh god!! and i sure must cut down now...

i target 53kg... but so unlikely =.=
(btw 53kg was my sec sch weight)
LOL... went new-water plant yesterday at the tenah merah der!
it was a sch visit to tat place larh..
cos we studying a module name Water & wastewater Technology
(as u can see below we were given a free bottle of this water)
and i didnt even drink it
and its gone... i wonder who drank it =.=
and its NOT as if i so wanna drink it...
